Beje, šis renginys buvo transliuojamas ne tik VDU bendruomenei, bet ir daugumai kitų Lietuvos aukštųjų mokyklų. Tad konferencija gal jau ir baigėsi, bet jos teikti vaisiai jau sužydėjo ir nori, kad juos nuskintumėte. Taip! Konferencijoje viešos diskusijos metu apie tai, kokį kompromisinį variantą galima būtų išsirinkti mūsų VDU bendruomenėje, nesutariant šalims, kaip į vienas kitą kreiptis, buvo atrasti net trys variantai. Kviečiame Tave, brangus VDU bendruomenės nary, balsuoti už labiausiai patikusius. Pirmieji 2-u daugiausiai balsų surinkę variantai bus pateikti VDU senato tarybai įteisinti kaip REKOMENDACIJA VDU nariams nesutariant, kaip kreiptis į vienas kitą. Nebijok, prievarta Tavęs nepriversime kreiptis vienaip ar kitaip: toks įteisinimas reiškia, už kokią kultūrą VDU vis dėlto pasisako – ar lygiaverčią (pvz., „Tu / Jūs, Sigitai…“) ar labiau akademinę-hierarchinę (pvz., „Dėstytojau, Sigitai…“). Tad nieko nelaukdamas spausk apačioje labiausiai patinkančius variantus ir balsuok! Balsavimas bus atliekamas tik iki 2022-05-31 imtinai. Tad paskubėk! Tavo balsas lemiamas! Apklausa anoniminė. Balsavimo rezultatai bus skelbiami Facebook VDU Vienas į kitą kreipimosi kultūros konferencijos puslapyje 2022-06-01 dieną. This conference was streamed throughout the most major universities and colleges located in Lithuania. Thus, this topic has a growing desire not only for the VMU community, but it is also an interest for society. Finally, the conference is over, but the fruits it produced we want to share with you. During the conference, as you may know, the participants discussed and searched for the compromise option on how to address each other in case there is no agreement reached regarding it. The 3 main options were chosen as the primary for potentially being used officially in the VMU community.
Thus, dear VMU member, we are encouraging you to take part in voting for the most applicable option (-s) for YOU. Only up to 2 most voted options out of 3 will be presented for the VMU senate to make a final decision on whether to implement them into the VMU legislation and policies as a RECOMMENDATION on how to address each other in the VMU community. Do not be afraid! This implementation will not force you to address others one or the other way, but it will signalize to the VMU members what culture VMU chooses to support publicly: does it stand next to more equality encouraging culture between VMU members (E.g. addressing the lecturer by this: “Sigitas, what do you think?”) or more academic-hierarchical style based culture (e.g. addressing a lecturer by this: “Lecturer Sigitas, what do you think?”). Thus, the decision will be made by only those who study, teach and take care of VMU – by YOU!
